Most of what leaves our machining floor is not a catalog item. It is a part built to a customer's print, for a customer's furnace, fixture, or process.

There are three ways to begin:

Made to print

Send us your 2D or 3D files. We review the geometry, confirm the grade, quote the part, and machine it.

Made from sample

Send a physical part — an existing component, a worn part, or a photographed item you need matched. We review it, define the grade, and reproduce it.

Co-engineered

When the geometry is still open, our engineers work with yours: grade selection, tolerance strategy, coating choice, and machining allowance, settled before the first cut.

The Factory Behind the Products

We are the manufacturer, not the layer in front of one.

Our facility in Heibei, China runs 50,000 MT of annual production capacity. We are vertically integrated: raw material, felt, machining, and composites all happen inside our own operation. That means the graphite in your part and the machining that shapes it answer to the same quality system — and when a tolerance is tight or a lead time is short, there is no third party in the chain to negotiate with.

Turning, milling, grinding, and EDM under one roof — the range of processes a custom graphite, CFC, or felt part actually needs, from single prototypes to serial runs.

Tolerance Capability

Tolerances are set with you before the first cut — matched to the grade and the application, not applied blindly. Tight-tolerance work is quoted against the specific feature that needs it.

Coating Lines

In-house coating means the part is machined and finished in the same operation — SiC, PyC, PyG, phosphate, and CFC surface treatments applied without shipping the part out and back.
