Graphite Tube
Max Graphite supplies graphite tube to engineers, fabricators, and procurement teams operating across chemical processing, metallurgy, semiconductor, and adjacent high-temperature process industries, where wall integrity and concentric bore performance are direct process variables. We provide the full grade range — isostatic, molded, vibrated, and extruded — with extruded grades most commonly specified for corrosion-resistant heat exchanger service and isostatic grades for precision process tubing. Stock and custom diameters, wall thicknesses, and lengths scale to prototype, production, and ongoing supply needs.

What We Supply
Tube is specified wherever a process requires isolation between an internal bore and an external environment — heat exchangers handling corrosive chemicals, thermocouple protection in high-temperature furnaces, degassing of molten metals, and reactor process gas handling. Our role is to make grade, dimension, and wall specification straightforward and the supply itself reliable.
- Full grade range from a single supplier. Isostatic, molded, vibrated, and extruded tube from one point of contact, including extruded grades optimized for chemical and heat exchanger service.
- Standard and custom dimensions. Stock tube in production sizes; custom outer diameters, bore diameters, wall thicknesses, and lengths available where the application requires it.
- Specification flexibility. Supplied as raw stock, cut to length, or finish-machined to drawing where required.
Common Applications
- Heat exchanger tubes for corrosive chemical processes
- Thermocouple protection sheaths
- Degassing rotors and lance tubes for molten metal
- CVD, diffusion, and reactor process tubes
