Manager, Engineered Systems
The Manager, Engineered Systems at Max Graphite leads the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of engineered graphite systems and assemblies for demanding industrial applications. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and customer solutions, ensuring complex projects move efficiently from concept to execution.
You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee technical execution, and act as a key interface between customers, engineering, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineered systems projects from requirements definition through design, manufacturing, and delivery
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical specialists
- Translate customer requirements into manufacturable, high-performance graphite solutions
- Coordinate closely with sales, application engineering, production, and quality teams
- Own technical decision-making, design reviews, and system-level validation
- Drive standardization, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support customer technical discussions, project reviews, and issue resolution
- Ensure projects meet cost, quality, and delivery targets
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred but not required
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in engineered products, systems engineering, or advanced manufacturing
- 3+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role
- Experience with graphite, carbon materials, ceramics, or high-temperature materials is a strong plus
Skills & Competencies
- Strong system-level engineering mindset
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers
- Comfortable working directly with customers on technical topics
- Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment

- 具备石墨、碳材料、陶瓷或高温材料行业经验者优先
能力要求
- 具备系统级工程思维和项目统筹能力
