Key Responsibilities

  • Define long-term scientific strategy and research roadmap
  • Lead breakthrough, high-impact research initiatives
  • Serve as final technical authority on critical materials decisions
  • Mentor senior and principal scientists
  • Represent the company in high-level technical engagements
  • Guide IP strategy and external collaborations

Qualifications

  • PhD in Materials Science or related field
  • 15+ years of deep specialization in graphite / carbon materials
  • Recognized expert with patents, publications, or industry impact
